Good to know about Leogang

Leogang sits beneath the Leoganger Steinberge, on the road from Saalfelden towards Tyrol. The Asitz lifts put you straight into the Skicircus, and you can ski all the way over to the Glemm valley. By road, though, Leogang is quicker to reach than Saalbach: about 75 minutes from the airport.

The Skicircus joins Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fieberbrunn into one area with 270 km of pistes and 70 lifts. A Ski ALPIN CARD adds the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun.

Getting there: Via Bad Reichenhall and Lofer to Saalfelden, then along the B164 to Leogang, with no detour into the Glemm valley. Part of the route crosses Bavaria, so bring a passport or ID card.
